Cleanse from any and all claims and expense – without limitation and including attorneys fees – arising from your use of this website or from any of the protocols or information suggested in Cleaning Up! the book or CD, or other related materials from The Cleaning Up! Cleanse, LLC or Kim Evans.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Cleaning Up! Cleanse, LLC and Kim Evans from and against any claims brought by third parties arising from your use of any of the information provided by the above named parties.

7 ) Patent Pending Techniques
A number of the cleansing techniques in The Cleaning Up! Cleanse – specifically the unique colon cleansing solutions combined with other protocols in The Cleaning Up! Cleanse – are patent pending. Individuals are welcome to adopt these protocols and processes for personal use. If you’d like to use any of these techniques or protocols in the course of your business, please contact The Cleaning Up! Cleanse.

8 ) Technical Disclaimer
You understand and agree that using The Cleaning Up! Cleanse website and downloading materials from the site can be done solely at your own risk. You understand and agree that you alone will be responsible for any damage to your computer, or data loss, that results from such accessing such material.

9 ) Submissions
You understand and agree that all content, including success stories, submitted to The Cleaning Up! Cleanse, LLC or Kim Evans, through any form of communication shall become the sole property of The Cleaning Up! Cleanse. As such it may used by The Cleaning Up! Cleanse, LLC in any way and without limitation, payment, or royalty.

10 ) Refunds
All book and CD sales are final, with no refunds provided.

11 ) Arbitration
All legal claims resulting from the use of this website, from information provided by The Cleaning Up! Cleanse, LLC or Kim Evans, or from information contained in Cleaning Up! the book or CD, shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance by the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and conducted in the State of California, and in accordance with Health Freedom Laws in the State of California.

12 ) Trademarks
Trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on this site are the property of The Cleaning Up! Cleanse, LLC and the company retains all rights to their trademarks, service marks, and logos.

13 ) Enforceability
If any part of the terms and conditions above is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that part will be deemed severable but will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
